Shipping and Payment Methods

1. We collaborate with the TNT-Fedex courier company, responsible for delivering the products and handling any necessary customs procedures. For Shipping Costs you will be notified before Shipping.
2. Alternatively, customers have the option to create a shipping label to send their items to us, with their own shipping charges.

Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the availability of the selected products. Upon placing an order, we process it and will only notify you if a product is out of stock. Items that are in stock typically take 1-3 business days to be delivered.

For products not immediately available at the time of order, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. All orders are fulfilled within a timeframe of 3 - 5 days.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as general strikes or extreme weather conditions may be exceptions to the timely delivery of orders.

In-Store Pickup

During the ordering process, you have the option to pick up your products from our store located at 42 Sotiros Dios Street in Piraeus, Greece, provided this is indicated in your online order.

In-store pickup can be scheduled on the same day as your order during store hours. Orders with the "Payment at Store" option selected will be canceled after 6 days from the order date.

   Our company collaborates with Alphabank, allowing our customers to make secure payments using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, AMEX, and MasterPass credit, debit, and prepaid cards. During the payment process, customers are transferred to Alphabank's secure system to complete their transactions. All credit/debit card details are stored in Alphabank's system, not on our platform.

2. Bank Transfer

   Our company offers customers the option to deposit the order amount into a bank account.
